The Parker is a complete creative and operational partnership for couples building celebrations that honor cultural complexity, demand design leadership, and deserve to run flawlessly.
We handle the planning so you don't. Full vendor curation (yes, even the specialized ones). Design strategy rooted in your specific heritage and aesthetic. Budget precision from deposit to final invoice. Contract vetting. Timeline management. Day-of execution with dedicated staff. One auxiliary event. Everything.
This is not a "supportive planning" tier where you're still making vendor decisions or tracking the spreadsheet. This is full delegation to a team that specializes in what you're building: bold, intentional, culturally rich weddings.

Centralized Planning Portal — Real-time access to timeline, budget, vendors, and all planning documents.
Weekly Office Hours — Direct access for decisions and conversations.

Day-Of Execution — Lead planner plus minimum two additional team members on-site. Full management.

The Paloma | Supportive Planning
From $8,500.
The Paloma is for couples who want creative involvement but need an expert to validate decisions, catch gaps, and take over execution when it matters most.
You handle venue and vendor selection (with our guidance). We develop the design direction collaboratively. We review every contract and flag risks before you commit. At eight weeks, we take the reins completely. You focus on your family and your story. We manage the logistics.
This works especially well for couples blending cultural traditions or coordinating multiple events — we bring the expertise to make integration seamless and the execution flawless. You're deeply involved in the creative process. We're deeply involved in making it real.
Designed for: Couples with $70k++ budgets who want partnership, not full delegation.

Deep-Dive Kickoff Consultation — Vision, priorities, budget, and cultural framework established. We identify what matters most and build strategy around it.
Monthly Planning Check-Ins — Monthly meetings. You always know where things stand and can course-correct before decisions compound.
Venue Sourcing & Strategy — Six curated recommendations matched to your aesthetic, guest count, and budget. Up to four site visit days with detailed logistics.
Collaborative Design Direction — Aesthetic concept developed together. Color strategy, mood board, floor plan, tablescape direction. All translated into detailed vendor briefs.
Vendor Recommendations & Contract Review — Access to our curated network across all categories. Professional review of every agreement. We flag what could go wrong.
Centralized Planning Portal — Real-time access to timeline, budget, vendor roster, and all planning documents.
Weekly Office Hours — Direct access for decisions and conversations that need a real voice.
Master Timeline & Rehearsal Direction — Comprehensive timeline distributed to every vendor. Full ceremony rehearsal direction (up to one hour).
Day-Of Coordination — Up to 10 hours on-site with lead planner plus two additional team members. You're present; we're in control.
Not included: Planning hours beyond scope, extended day-of coverage, or additional events are à la carte.
