COORDINATE & CONFIRM
As your wedding day approaches, we tighten every detail. Vendor confirmations, logistics walk-throughs, layout refinements, final timelines distributed to every person who needs one. By the time your wedding week arrives, nothing is loose.

The Kickoff — We start with a deep-dive consultation to establish your vision, priorities, and budget. From here, you have a partner, not just a planner.
Monthly Check-Ins — Regular planning meetings to keep momentum, clear roadblocks, and make sure nothing falls behind. You always know exactly where things stand.
Venue Sourcing — Up to six venue recommendations curated to your guest count, aesthetic, and budget, plus up to four site visit days so you can see your top options in person.
Design Direction — We develop your full aesthetic concept together — color palette, mood board, floor plan, tablescape direction — and translate it into detailed briefs for every vendor who needs to bring it to life.
Vendor Guidance — Access to our curated vendor network, personalized recommendations across every category, and professional review of all contracts before you sign anything.
The Handoff — Eight weeks out, we take over as the primary point of contact for every vendor. Your inbox gets quiet. Ours gets busy.
Timeline & Rehearsal — A comprehensive master timeline built and distributed to your full vendor team, plus direction of your ceremony rehearsal (up to one hour).
Day-Of Execution — Up to 10 hours of on-site lead planner management with two additional team members. We handle everything so you and your people can be fully present.

Full Vendor Curation — From photographers to florists to fire paan vendors, we research, vet, negotiate, and manage every vendor relationship from day one through your final farewell. You meet the finalists. We handle the rest.
Budget Management — Ongoing budget tracking, reconciliation, and proactive guidance so your total investment stays intentional from the first deposit to the last invoice.
Venue Sourcing — Up to six curated venue recommendations plus up to four site visit days to find the space that earns a yes.
Bespoke Design — Full event design from concept to execution — color story, mood board, floor plan, tablescape, lighting direction, and detailed creative briefs for every vendor in your aesthetic ecosystem.
Vendor Contract Review — Every contract reviewed and flagged before you sign. You'll never be caught off guard by what's buried in the fine print.
Dedicated Planning Portal — Centralized access to your timeline, budget, vendor roster, and all planning documents through your AislePlanner portal. Everything in one place, always up to date.
Weekly Office Hours — Live availability for questions, decisions, and the moments that need a real conversation — in addition to email and text responsiveness throughout the process.
