What does a wedding planner do, and do I still need one if my venue has a coordinator?

Yes. Your venue coordinator works for the venue: their job is to protect the building, manage the catering staff, and keep the property running smoothly. Our job is to protect you.

We are your advocate across every vendor, every decision, and every moment. We manage your total budget, curate and direct your vendor team, lead the design, and solve problems before they ever reach you. The venue coordinator makes sure the lights stay on. We make sure your wedding feels unmistakably like you.

What is your investment range?

Full-service planning starts at $15,000, and supportive planning starts at $8,500. Our planning clients typically invest $100,000 or more in their celebration.

For couples who have already planned their wedding and need expert hands for the finish, our associate-led 90-day management starts at $5,500.

How involved will we be in the planning process?

As involved as you want to be.

• The Parker (Full Service Planning): You hand it off entirely. We lead everything from concept to last dance.

• The Paloma (Supportive Planning): You stay creatively involved, with an expert partner validating decisions and catching gaps. At eight weeks out, we take over.

• 90-Day Management: You've built the vision and booked your team. Our associate planner steps in three months out, confirms every vendor, builds your timeline and production plan, runs your walkthrough and rehearsal, and leads your wedding day.

Every client gets responsive communication and dedicated office hours, so your questions never go unanswered.

Does Natasha plan every wedding?

Where are you based, and do you travel?

Parker Paloma is headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area and plans celebrations across the West Coast, including Napa, Sonoma, Palm Springs, Los Angeles, Portland, and Phoenix. We travel for the right wedding and have produced celebrations from the cliffs of Big Sur to Europe.
