Yes, and here's the difference: your venue coordinator works for the venue. Their job is to protect the building, manage the catering staff, and make sure the property runs smoothly. Our job is to protect you.

We are your exclusive advocate across every vendor, every decision, and every moment. We manage your total budget, curate and coordinate your entire vendor team, design the aesthetic vision, and solve problems before they ever reach you. The venue coordinator makes sure the lights stay on. We make sure your wedding feels exactly like you.

What is your investment range?

Our packages start at $3,500 for wedding management, $7,000 for supportive planning, and $12,000 for full-service planning. Our clients typically have a total wedding budget of $75,000 and above.

Where are you based, and do you travel?

Parker & Paloma is headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area, with reach across the West Coast — Napa, Sonoma, Los Angeles, Palm Springs, Portland, and beyond. We travel for the right wedding and have produced celebrations everywhere from the cliffs of Big Sur to international destinations, including France and Brazil.
