Welcome to parkerpaloma.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website, operated by Natasha Cougoule Events, doing business as Parker Paloma Events ("Parker Paloma Events," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Who we are
Parker Paloma Events is a culture- and design-forward wedding planning and design studio based in the San Francisco Bay Area, serving couples across the West Coast and beyond.
2. Our website is not a contract for services
Everything on this site, including service descriptions, starting prices, and blog content, is for general information. It is not an offer, a quote, or a promise of availability.
Pricing shown as "from" or "starting at" is a starting point. Final pricing depends on the scope of your celebration and is confirmed in a written proposal.
Submitting an inquiry, scheduling a call, or exchanging messages with us does not create a client relationship and does not hold your date. A date is reserved only when you sign our client agreement and pay the retainer it requires.
If you book with us, your signed client agreement governs our services. If anything in these Terms conflicts with your client agreement, the client agreement controls.
3. Inquiries and communications
When you contact us, please give accurate, current information. We use what you share, including your date, location, guest count, budget range, and the traditions and events you’re planning, to understand your celebration and decide whether we’re the right fit.
By submitting an inquiry, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone, or text about your inquiry. You can ask us to stop at any time.
4. Intellectual property
The Parker Paloma Events name, logos, monogram, brand identity, website design, copy, blog posts, guides, and other original materials on this site are owned by Parker Paloma Events or used under license, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
Photographs on this site are the work of the photographers credited, and are used with their permission. They remain the property of those photographers.
You may view and share our content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You’re welcome to pin images to Pinterest or share links on social media, as long as the image links back to our site and credits are left intact. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use our content, images, or branding for any commercial purpose, or present it as your own, without our written permission.
5. Portfolio and real celebrations
The weddings and events featured on this site are shared with the permission of our clients and the credited photographers. If you appear in an image and would like it removed, email us at natasha@parkerpaloma.com and we will review your request promptly.
6. Acceptable use
When using this site, you agree not to:
Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
Submit false, misleading, or spam inquiries, or impersonate another person.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or any connected system.
Scrape, harvest, or collect content or information from the site by automated means.
Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or anything that could damage or interfere with the site.
7. Vendor recommendations and third-party sites
We may mention, link to, or recommend venues, vendors, and other businesses. These businesses are independent. They are not our employees or agents, and we do not control or guarantee their services, pricing, or availability. Any agreement you make with a vendor is between you and that vendor.
This site links to or embeds third-party services, including Instagram, Pinterest, Zola, HoneyBook, and AislePlanner. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Blog and educational content
Our blog and guides share general information and our professional perspective. Budget figures, timelines, and vendor pricing are estimates and change over time. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. Please consult the right professional for decisions in those areas.

10. Disclaimer

11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parker Paloma Events and its owners, team, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use this site. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This section does not limit any obligation under a signed client agreement.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parker Paloma Events and its owners, team, and contractors from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of this site or your violation of these Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and change the effective date above. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
15. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of this site.
